Ok, so you went through the process to apply for a mortgage. Then what? Here’s how it works when you work with me!

- Application Review

I will review the details in your application and look for any questions or concerns that I might have
- Review With You

I’ll reach out to to you within 2 business days of receiving your application to review the questions and concerns that I have, and figure out what your homeownership goals look like. This helps me with determining the best lender and lending option for you and your personal situation
- Documentation Gathering

Based on your specific situation, I will provide you a list of documentation that we need to gather for the lender, once we have these all ready we can move ahead
- Submit to Lender

I submit your application and all documentation to the lender
- Approval (with conditions)

The lender will provide their approval (or denial) along with their list of conditions.
They will then review the documents that we submitted (sometimes asking for more) to ensure that everything we said in the application is in fact, true
- Full Approval (aka Broker Complete)

After the lender has reviewed all documentation and are satisfied with their list of conditions, they complete the file as ‘Broker Complete’
- At this point, the file moves over to your selected lawyer to complete the legal side of things and prepare you for closing
- Closing Day: When your keys are ready, your lawyer will contact you to come pick them up from their office, and the house is yours!
